3. Write me from the comments page if you want the book(s) shipped anywhere outside the U.S., or you want to pay by check. The costs will be the same, just let me know shipping details, signing details, etc. I'll give special pricing for purchases by the case (56 books), very special ;-)
4. Buy it from the publisher at list for $16.95 - www.acwpress.com/charlestruitt.htm - just kidding, don't do that.

1. Write in your computer (in notepad, an email message, whatever) everything you will need:
• Your name
• Address
• Credit card number
• Credit Verification Number (Last three numbers on back of your credit card)
• Your email address
• What you want Chuck to say when he signs (if anything)
2. When asked, just copy/paste different items into the PayPal form
3. If you still time out, try again using your own PayPal account so you have less to enter
4. If you still time out, follow this advice from PayPal and try again
5. Finally, if above steps don't fly, use the Contact Chuck link and mail him a check
6. Remember, I'm only the messenger ;-)
