Transitioned to his rest on Saturday, October 27, 2018 in Roseville, CA surrounded by his family. He leaves to cherish to his memory, wife, Jeneen Rainey-Tatum; a legacy of six children, Willie J. Tatum III, Cole Tatum, Cassidy Tatum, Tre'sor Tatum, Jules Tatum, and Golden Tatum; his father, Willie J. Tatum, Sr., seven siblings, and a host of close, loving family and friends.
A time of visitation and reflection will be observed on Saturday, November 3, 2018. Family visitation time will be from 4:00p 4:30p. Open visitation and reflection time for all loved ones and friends, will be held from 4:30p 6:30p at Morgan and Jones Funeral Home, 4200 Broadway, Sacramento, CA 95817, and includes a special presentation from the Omega Psi Phi fraternity.
Homegoing service will be held at 11:00a on Monday, November 5, 2018 at Center of Praise Ministries, 2223 Capitol Ave, Sacramento, CA 95816. Interment immediately following the service at St. Mary's Cemetery and Funeral Center, 6509 Fruitridge Rd, Sacramento, CA 95820.
