It is with much sadness and mourning that I share with all that a lifelong friend and brother went to meet his maker. Roy E. Bush passed away in his home on May 7, 2019 after battling cancer for 7 months. He was surrounded by family and friends. Roy was proceeded in death by his father, Luther A. Bush, his brother, Calvin L. Bush, his mother, Clara L. Breault, his son, Roy Bush Jr., and his brother, James Darrell Dowell. He is survived by his wife, Jaylene Gray, his daughter, Christi Wolcott, his sister, Linda Meadows, his brother Harry Dowell, his brother, Dwayne Bartlett, and his grandchildren, nieces, and nephews both by blood and in heart whom he loved dearly. His kind heart and desire to help others will be remembered lovingly by all who knew him. A viewing will take place at Mount Vernon Mortuary located at 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, CA, 95628 on May 16th between 3-5 p.m. A gravesite service with military honors will take place at the same location on May 17, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. | | |
