We negotiated a deal with Bay Club Hotel: Our price is $149 per night, plus tax. (Also available: $199 Harbor View Executive Suite, $219 Marine View executive suite & $249 one bedroom suite.) We have a minimum of 20 rooms, guaranteed through April 15, 2008. We will pay additionally for a hospitality suite. (One of the logistics folks will collect $65 fee per Marine which we expect will cover hospitality room charges plus snacks, beer, etc. No charge for significant other, kids, etc. Additional fees will be collected for dinners and/or shows that we may sign up for - watch this page.)
