| VINSON, Dale Edward Age 64. Passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 4, 2014. 50-year resident of Sacramento County. Graduated from Highlands High School in 1969. Served in the USAF during the Vietnam War. Worked for the US Postal Service for 10 years during the 1990s. Dale is survived by his daughter, Amber; grandson, Daralle; brother, Gary, sisters, Debby Tourville and Nancy Arkelian; a nephew, grand nephew and two nieces.
