Bert passed away on Nov 1, 2009 at the age of 64. He is survived by his wife Sharon, married 35 years, son Bert G Wickey, sons Tim & Karl Rose, 10 grandchildren, and 2 great grandsons. Bert also leaves behind his sister, Peggy Mathews of Jackson, TN and his brother Bruce Wickey of Redding, CA. Bert graduated from Highlands High School in 1962. He retired from his tractor/grading business a few years ago and enjoyed riding his Harley, camping, fishing, and classic cars. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and love of a good joke. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday Nov 22, 2009 at noon at the Orangevale Grange Hall located at 5807 Walnut Ave in Orangevale.
