We lost another Scot way too soon.
Monica Latzen, class of ‘96 lost her life Friday night May 19, 2017 in an auto accident on her way home from work.
She leaves behind her mother Lorna, father Dave Latzen (class ‘71), her aunts Priscilla Latzen and Valarie Latzen Jacoby(class ’66) and her best friend since age 10 Leia Billings.
Per Leia: “…We have been friends since We were 10. She has always been here through everything with me. Every stupid boy...all 3 of my kids...worked on every car I've owned...We were roommates...So many nights we layed talking and laughing about life and when we get old. One of our last conversations we had we spoke about losing someone and she told me "I don't know what I'd do if I lost you, Leia" I NEVER thought in a million years I'd be here without her. Mo, I don't know what to do without you. My heart is broken. She is my sister, my Family.”
