| In Citrus Heights, Carol entered into eternal peace with our Lord on March 25, 2001. She was born in Oklahoma City. Carol is survived by her loving husband Neil Yeager, parents George and Evelyn Mierzwak, and siblings Lois, George Jr., Robert and Gary. She is also survived by a large extended family, and many friends and students. Carol was a 40 year resident of Sacramento and graduating from Highlands High School, American River College and earning Bachlors and Masters Degree at Sacramento State University. Carol dedicated her life to teaching. She taught in the San Juan Unified School District for 22 years; she spent her last 6 years at Del Paso Manor where she taught 5th grade rapid learners. Carol touched many young lives and she will be greatly missed by her studnets, family and friends. All are invited to attend a memorial serivce at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 31 at the Sunrise Community Church, 8221 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, CA.
