News:
Just returned from Vietnam serving as the Deputy Defense and Marine Attache for 5 months. Visited the I Corps base sites of Dong Ha, Camp Carroll, Con Thien, Gio Linh, Khe Sanh, Hue, and others with Vietnamese interpreter and Mininstry of Foreign Affairs escorts for five days. Considerable changes as most is grown over. They are conducting extensive operations for demining mostly for unexploded ordnance (UXO).
